Athlete Registration: to be held on site at Leme Beach
April 11, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
All athletes must register before 8:00 pm on April 11, or must make prior arrangements with respective Sport Organizer.
Registration form and waiver must be completed before any athlete participates.
Any athletes under 18 years of age must obtain parent or guardian’s signature on waiver form.
All athletes to provide medical insurance information at registration.
All athletes to provide proof of identification (passport or government issued ID w/ photo).

Event Medical:

ESPN will provide qualified Medical Staff to be present at all practices and competitions during event. An Ambulance will also be on-site at all times.

In the event that any off-site medical attention (i.e. hospitalization or surgery) is required, including post event treatment. All associated costs will be the responsibility of each individual athlete. All athletes will be asked to provide proof of Medical Insurance coverage when they register to participate.
