Skateboarders!

With pride the OC of the RTM Skateboard World Cup would like to invite you to join the World Cup Skateboarding event in Rotterdam. A full event with a street course contest on the West Blaak park and an indoor event in Skateland provides several opportunities to get a part of the total prize purse of €10.000.

The World Cup event on the recently renewed West Blaak park will take place on Saturday, while on Sunday a Tricks for Cash event as well as a Highest Ollie contest will be held in Rotterdams indoor facility Skateland. €2000 of the total prize purse will be handed out to the winners of the several events. In case of bad weather on Saturday, we will change the program, so skate in Skateland on Saturday and on the West Blaak on Sunday.

Accommodation

Due to the World Championships Triathlon which take place at the same weekend in Rotterdam, it is very hard to find accommodation for a big group as ours. The OC did however find accommodation at de Mafkees in Rotterdam. De Mafkees is a very nice hostel, clean and not that far from the venue, but, to be honest, it lacks any luxury or a lot of privacy. We can, however, offer stay in this hotel for free for all competitors. A nice breakfast will be provided by the OC. On the event days, we will also provide drinks, dinner and snacks.

Please check out the facility online if de Mafkees suits well. Of course, all riders are free to search for accommodation elsewhere in Rotterdam at their own costs.

Event Fee

For competing at the World Cup on Saturday September 16, a fee of €50 per rider applies, to be paid at registration. The events in Skateland on Sunday are free.

Where to?

Rotterdam has its own airport, but Amsterdam Schiphol is also very well connected by train to Rotterdam. The accommodation and the skatepark are both within 10 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station.

If you are interested to compete, please register below, so we can help you with accommodation and such.
